How to Request Retirement Counseling Through FedHR

For members planning to retire this year, the following steps can be used to request retirement counseling. To begin the retirement counseling process, go to the Division of Employee Services website and select the FedHR tile. Log in using your PIV card credentials through Single Sign-On (SSO). Select Open New Case / Ask HR.
