We have received numerous emails and calls regarding the recent 'Fork in the Road' email about resignation. We understand that this is a difficult decision, and while it is a personal choice, we want to ensure you have all the necessary information before making it.

At this time, there is no clear evidence that the administration can or will fulfill its promises, that Congress will approve this initiative, or that appropriated funds can legally be used for this purpose. Given these uncertainties and other concerns that have been raised, we strongly encourage LiUNA members NOT to accept the resignation offer or respond to the email until further information and clarification are provided.
